HOW TO GET RID OF ACNE SCARS FAST?

Acne can be a painful and embarrassing skin condition, and the scars it leaves behind are an unwelcome reminder of that. A dermatologist can help remove raised or pitted scars. While hyper-pigmented blemishes may fade after several months, you can help speed up the process. Realistically, you will not be able to make acne scars disappear in a single night, but the remedies, products, treatments, and skincare tips outlined below will certainly produce a noticeable difference over time. You just need to find the right method for your individual skin type. These are 3 methods for using natural remedies :
1.      Apply Fresh Lemon Juice

Lemon juice has natural skin bleaching properties, and can help to effectively lighten your acne scars. Simply combine equal parts lemon juice and water and apply this liquid directly onto your scars, avoiding the surrounding skin. Wash off the lemon juice after 15 to 25 minutes or you could put the lemon juice on overnight as a mask. Remember to moisturize immediately after washing off the juice, as the citric acid in the lemon can be very drying on the skin. Lime juice, which also contains citric acid, can be used instead of lemon in a pinch. Since lemon juice has a pH of 2 and skin's pH is 4.0-7.0, this method needs to be used carefully. If left on too long, or not diluted this can lead to significant chemical burns. Citrus juices also contains a chemical called Bergapten, which binds to DNA and allows UV radiation to damage skin more easily, so you need to watch your sun exposure if you have any citrus juice on your skin. Rinse it off before going into the sun, and wear sunscreen.

2.      Use Honey

Honey is a great natural solution for clearing up pimples and reducing the red marks they leave behind. This is because honey contains antibacterial properties and helps to soothe the skin and reduce inflammation. Raw or manuka honey is the most effective. It can be dabbed directly onto the scarred area, using a q-tip. Honey is a great option for those with sensitive skin, as honey is non-irritating, and will moisturize your skin instead of drying it out, unlike other treatments. If you can get your hands on some pearl powder (it can be found in health stores or online), you can mix a pinch of it in with the honey for an extra-effective treatment. Pearl powder is supposed to reduce inflammation and fade acne scars.

3.      Try Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar helps manage the pH of your skin, improving its appearance over time and helping to reduce the appearance of red marks and scars. Dilute the vinegar to half its strength with water and apply it to the affected area every day with a cotton ball until the scars begin to fade.

WESTLIFE’S BIOGRAPHY

Formed in Dublin-Ireland in 1998, Westlife followed in the tradition of European boy bands like Take That and Boyzone. The group performed ballads and club-worthy pop songs for a devoted European audience, becoming one of the continent's most successful bands in the process. Although they never managed to find American success, Westlife released six platinum-selling records in the U.K. and eventually sold more than 40 million albums worldwide, a feat that helped them eclipse the popularity of pop titans like Boyzone, whose lead singer had managed the band during its infancy.
Vocalists Shane Filan, Kian Egan, and Mark Feehily first performed together in another pop group, IOYOU, and experienced their first brush with success when Simon Cowell considered signing them to BMG. The group's other singers didn't make the cut, however, and a new round of auditions was launched to find more capable members. Nicky Byrne and Bryan McFadden were eventually added, the group was signed, and Westlife began prepping its debut album with the help of Louis Walsh, Boyzone's manager, and Boyzone member Ronan Keating. Their debut single, "Flying Without Wings," entered the U.K. charts at number one in 1999, a feat that Westlife replicated one year later with "Seasons in the Sun" and "Swear It Again." All three songs were also released on the group's self-titled debut, which was met with similar success and went platinum in the U.K. An American release followed in early 2000 courtesy of Arista Records.
Westlife never managed to make a dent in Americas pop scene, where national acts like the Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC, and Britney Spears reigned supreme. It was a different story in the U.K., though, where the group charted 14 number one singles and continued releasing hit albums. Both Coast to Coast and A World of Our Own went multi-platinum, and the group celebrated its success by releasing a hits compilation, Unbreakable, Vol. 1: The Greatest Hits, in 2002. Turnaround followed in 2003 and fared similarly well, but Bryan McFadden nevertheless left the lineup one later year in the hopes of launching his own career. Real to Me, his first single as a solo artist, topped the charts in 2004.
Westlife continued touring after McFadden
s exit and released Allow Us to Be Frank, a tribute to the Rat Pack, in late 2004. They returned to their contemporary pop formula with 2005s Face to Face -- their biggest-selling album in three years -- and continued releasing material throughout the rest of the decade, including The Love Album, Back Home, and Where We Are.
In November 2010, Westlife released Gravity, their tenth studio album. Following the release of single "Safe", the band announced they would be leaving Simon Cowell's label Syco. Citing a lack of support from Cowell following Syco's unwillingness to release a second single from Gravity, the group signed a one-album deal with RCA Records. A Greatest Hits album was then released a year after Gravity, featuring four new songs that would turn out to be the band's last as they announced they were to split following a farewell tour. Sold out in minutes, the tour was a huge success, ending on 23 June, 2012 at Croke Park Stadium in Dublin, Ireland, in front of a crowd of over 80,000.

MY LOVE by WESTLIFE

An empty street, an empty house
A hole inside my heart
I'm all alone, the rooms are getting smaller.

I wonder how, I wonder why,
I wonder where they are
The days we had, the songs we sang together, oh, yeah.

And all my love, I'm holding on forever
Reaching for the love that seems so far

[Chorus:]
So I say a little prayer
And hope my dreams will take me there
Where the skies are blue to see you once again, my love.
Over seas from coast to coast
To find the place I love the most
Where the fields are green to see you once again, my love.

I try to read, I go to work
I'm laughing with my friends
But I can't stop to keep myself from thinking, oh, no.

I wonder how, I wonder why,
I wonder where they are
The days we had, the songs we sang together, oh, yeah.

And all my love, I'm holding on forever
Reaching for the love that seems so far

[Chorus:]
So I say a little prayer
And hope my dreams will take me there
Where the skies are blue to see you once again, my love.
Over seas from coast to coast
To find the place I love the most
Where the fields are green to see you once again,

To hold you in my arms,
To promise you my love,
To tell you from the heart,
You're all I'm thinking of.

Reaching for the love that seems so far

[Chorus:]
So I say a little prayer
And hope my dreams will take me there
Where the skies are blue to see you once again, my love.
Over seas from coast to coast
To find the place I love the most
Where the fields are green to see you once again, my love.

[Chorus:]
Say a little prayer (my sweet love)
Dreams will take me there
Where the skies are blue (woah, yeah) to see you once again, my love. (oh, my love)
Over seas from coast to coast
To find the place I love the most
Where the fields are green to see you once again, my love.

SAY NO TO DRUGS!

Drugs Is an abbreviation of Narcotic and other dangerous medicines. Besides drugs, another term to call them is NAPZA which stands for Narcotics, Phsycotropica and other addictive substances (hazardous materials). Drugs are very dangerous for us. However, nowadays these drugs have been widely circulated in the community both in urban, rural, and even circulated in law enforcement agencies circle. Many factors lead people to use drugs especially for teenagers. The main factor that causes teens to use drugs is crisis of identity. They are searching for their identity which they have not met yet so that they are easily tempted by drugs. Another factor is family factor. There are so many families who do not pay attention to their children, especially for broken home families. These drug users do not know that drugs can have a negative impact on its users; the following are the adverse effects that could be caused by the drug.
In terms of health, drugs can harm organs in our body. Substances which are contained in the drug can damage brain and kidneys when it is consumed continuously. Drugs can cause hallucinogenic effects that can harm our nerves. Drugs also can cause addiction effect to its users so that they will feel addicted and want to use the drug continuously. In addition, the use of drugs also can make the user depressed, and cause various dangerous diseases such as liver disease, schizophrenia, blood clots, dehydration, optic nerve damage, brain damage, and ultimately can lead to DEATH!
When viewed in terms of religion, drugs are things that are illicit and should be shunned because drugs can cause a variety of crimes such as thieves, rob, and even kill. Drug users who do not have money to buy it will perform those crime actions to obtain drugs. Moreover Drugs can also harm themselves and others. By using drugs, it means that we have been doing thing which is forbidden in the religion so that we will get sin.
Moreover, for teenagers drugs can ruin their future and jeopardize the future of this nation. Teens who use drugs will feel lazy to learn and have no spirit or desire to live. They will only be seduced by momentary pleasures offered by drug. In addition to, drugs also harm our nation. We can see from data collected by the government that 32 percent of drug users in Indonesia are teenagers. Nearly half of teenagers in Indonesia had been using drugs, whereas they are future generation for this nation. What would happen if the successors of our nation are the generation who are lazy and like to do bad action.
Based on discussion above, we can conclude that drug is thing which is dangerous for its user, other people and nation. Therefore, let us stay away from drugs by saying no to drugs, involving in preventing drug action around us, doing socialization about the dangers of drugs and much more. Because without drugs our lives would be more meaningful while with drugs our life will be full of miserable.

FIRST LOVE by NIKKA COSTA

Everyone can see
There's a change in me
They all say
I'm not the same kid I used to be

Don't go out and play
I just dream all day
They don't know what's wrong with me
And I'm too shy to say

It's my first love
What I'm dreaming of
When I go to bed
When I lay my head upon my pillow
Don't know what to do
My first love
Thinks that I'm too young
He doesn't even know
Wish that I could show him what I'm feeling
Cause I'm feeling my first love

Mirror on the wall
Does he care at all?
Will he ever notice me
Could he ever fall?

Tell me, teddy bear
Why love is so unfair
Will I ever find a way
And answer to my pray

It's my first love
What I dreaming of
When I go to bed
When I lay my head upon my pillow
Don't know what to do

My first love
Thinks that I'm too young
He doesn't even know
Wish that I could show him what I'm feeling
Cause I'm feeling my first love

My first love

THE LEGEND OF SURABAYA

A long time ago in East Java there were two strong animals, Sura and Baya. Sura was a shark and Baya was a crocodile. They lived in the sea.
Actually, they were friends. But when they were hungry, they were very greedy. They did not want to share their food. They would fight for it and never stop fighting until one of them gave up.
It was a very hot day. Sura and Baya were looking for some food. Suddenly, Baya saw a goat.
“Yummy, this is my lunch,” said Baya.
“No way! This is my lunch. You are greedy! I had not eaten for two days!” said Sura.
Then Sura and Baya fought again. After several hours, they were very tired. Sura had a plan to stop their bad behavior.
“I’m tired of fighting, Baya,” said Sura.
“Me too. What should we do to stop fighting? Do you have any idea?” asked Baya.
“Yes, I do. Let’s share our territory. I live in the water, so I look for food in the sea. And you live on the land, right? So, you look for the food also on the land. The border is the beach, so we will never meet again. Do you agree?” asked Sura.
“Hmm... let me think about it. OK, I agree. From today, I will never go to the sea again. My place is on the land,” said Baya.
Then they both lived in the different places. But one day, Sura went to the land and looked for some food in the river. He was very hungry and there was not much food in the sea. Baya was very angry when he knew that Sura broke the promise.
“Hey, what are you doing here? This is my place. Your place is in the sea!”
“But, there is water in the river, right? So, this is also my place!” said Sura.
Then Sura and Baya fought again. They both hit each other. Sura bite Baya's tail. Baya did the same thing to Sura. He bit very hard until Sura finally gave up. He went back to the sea. Baya was very happy. He had his place again.
The place where they were fighting was a mess. Blood was everywhere. People then always talked about the fight between Sura and Baya. They then named the place of the fight as Surabaya, it’s from Sura the shark and Baya the crocodile. People also put their war as the symbol of Surabaya city.

YOUR DIET, YOUR HEALTH

Nutrition is essential not only for life, but for a healthy life. Learn about the connection between what you eat and how you feel.

Your Diet and Your Health: What Your Body Needs
"Food is essential. People take it for granted, but we need nutrients," says Anne Wolf, RD, a researcher at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. Wolf cites as one example the old days when sailors crossed the ocean for months without proper nutrition. As a result, they ended up with scurvy because of a lack of vitamin C from citrus fruits. Vitamin C and other vitamins and minerals are necessary to keep all the different parts of the body healthy and functioning — otherwise, we get sick.
Every little thing that you do happens because of the nutrients that you give your body. Says Wolf, "Food gives us the fuel to think and the energy to move our muscles. The micronutrients, the vitamins, the minerals are there so that our bodies can function. You need food not just to sustain health, but to feel better."
And the only way the body will get the many nutrients needed to stay healthy and function is by eating a wide variety of healthy foods.

Your Diet and Your Health: The Guidelines
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's food pyramid and the daily food recommendations were established after extensive research and continue to be updated as more is learned about the role of nutrition in good health. Their goal is to make sure that people understand all the different nutrients their bodies need to stay healthy.
Food went from being a necessity to simply function to being the key to enabling the body to be at its functional best, says Wolf. Research shows that the right nutrition optimizes health and that getting enough of certain vitamins and minerals can also lower disease risk.

Your Diet and Your Health: Poor Diet, Poor Health
Many foods have a huge impact on heart health. Research has long shown that fruits and vegetables and a diet rich in whole grains and low in saturated fats can help protect the body from heart disease and high blood pressure, while a diet high in saturated and trans fats without enough fruits and vegetables can actually cause those diseases.
Even small diet deficiencies can have an enormously negative impact on your health. The most common health problem due to a lack of nutrients in the United States is iron deficiency, says Wolf. Menstruating women and girls need plenty of iron in their diets to replace what they lose each month during their periods. Iron is also an essential nutrient for infants, children, and growing teens.
Another example is calcium, needed to keep bones strong and healthy, says Wolf. Without it, the body can develop osteoporosis, a health condition characterized by weak and brittle bones.
Eating a well-rounded and varied diet will go a long way toward making sure you have all the nutrients you need. Remember that our body uses everything we put into it, and what we give it determines how it's used — for good health, or for bad.

TRUE FRIENDSHIP

True friends are for life
Until the end
They're more than special
They're your bestest friends.

They're the ones you can go to
When you're in despair
The ones that'll help you
Even when you got gum in your hair!

They're the ones who'll laugh
And go laughing with you all through the night
The ones who'll help you
Help you with all their might

To have a good friend
You have to be one
So be nice to one another
So you can be friends forever
And that's how to be the best friend you can be.

THE POWER OF POSITIVE: THE NEED-TO-KNOW

Optimistic thinkers tend to anticipate the best possible outcome in any situation. (For instance: "I may have totaled my car, but thank goodness for insurance!") And research suggests seeing the glass half-full is good for our health, career, and love life. Studies have found self-reported optimism predicts lower rates of mortality and cancer, and better cardiovascular health and immune function.Other research has found the benefits of positive thinking are especially pronounced in low-income countries. One study even suggests optimism helps women battle breast cancer. And elderly people who hold positive stereotypes about old age generally recover better from disability than those who think negatively.
Some psychologists think optimists tend to be healthier because they cope better when they can't meet their goals. It's also possible that people who think positively attribute less significance to stressful events.
But the benefits of optimism go beyond a clean bill of health. Forget the raving resume there may be a connection between positive thinking and landing a stellar job. Optimists also have a better chance of securing a stable, loving relationship. Still, thinking positively may be easier said than done.
